LRS Warranties

LRS offers a variety of options for your communications system. The extended warranty for each customer’s location is based on their paging system components, and all warranty packages allow you to pay on a monthly basis. Each extended warranty program we offer is a 6-month, automatic renewal contract covering normal wear and tear.* Should a vital component** fail, a replacement can be sent to your location via FedEx within 48 hours.

EasyCare – Extended Warranty

This extended warranty program covers customers that have a Guest or Staff Paging System. Under this program, each location has the option to also receive an automatic new pager auto-shipped to their location each month. This alleviates the need for the customer to constantly check inventory as well as receive a fixed cost instead of one large payment, so budgeting system maintenance is easy.

ManagedCare – Pager Auto-Ship Program

ManagedCare is a 6-month automatic renewal contract that allows restaurant managers to receive pagers each month without the hassle of phoning in an order. With ManagedCare, the equipment is ready for immediate use and automatically shipped monthly to the restaurant. This program helps each location maintain inventory at adequate levels. Keeping a proper number of pagers on hand at all times will create consistent seating on busy nights, reduce last minute overnight pager purchases, and maintain fixed monthly costs associated with lost replacements.

HospitalCare – Extended Warranty

This extended warranty program covers customers that have a Guest or Staff Paging System at a Medical Facility. Under this program, each location has the option to also receive an automatic new pager auto-shipped to their location each month. This alleviates the need for the customer to constantly check inventory as well as receive a fixed cost instead of one large payment, so budgeting system maintenance is easy.

NurseryCare – Extended Warranty

This extended warranty program covers customers that have a Guest or Staff Paging System at a Church or Worship Facility.

ServerCare – Extended Warranty

This extended warranty program covers restaurant customers who use LRS server paging systems only. Under this program, not only are vital components replaced within 48 hours, but customers signed up under this warranty also have the option to have their non-working pagers replaced as well. Our restaurant customers report that their server paging systems are vital to their daily operations, so we offer this option to advance replace pagers to help each location maintain a healthy workflow.

A 30-day written notice of cancellation is required for all programs.

*Warranties do not cover equipment that is water damaged, abused or improperly connected. Accessories such as cradles, jumper wires or power supplies are not covered by LRS warranties. **Vital components are keypads or transmitters, not including pagers or coasters.
