- Return for refund (original purchase price only, shipping and handling is not refundable). A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned items. To return for refund, a request to return merchandise must be made within 15 days of LRS ship date, and merchandise must be returned to LRS within 30 days of LRS ship date.
- Return for replacement: applicable to only item(s) covered under LRS Manufacturer’s Warranty, see separate warranty policy for more information.
Unless another return policy is indicated for an item, products manufactured and sold by Long Range Systems, LLC (LRS) are covered by the following return policy. All returns under the Return Policy require an RA (Return Authorization) number. All items returned without an RA number will be refused.
All returns must include the following:
- Original packaging (manufacturer’s box, plastic coverings, instructions, etc.)
- Original intact labeling and materials. Do not cut or remove components. Removal of any labels, components, or materials voids any possibility of return regardless of RA or credit request status.
- Valid Return Authorization (RA) is required on every return package. You can obtain the RA by contacting your sales rep, please have your Invoice, Sales Order or Customer Number available.
- Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.
- The return must be complete and include all accessories (clips, antennas, cords, batteries, etc.).
- Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, or other information).
- RA number must be written on the exterior of shipping box; NOT on original manufacturer’s packaging.
